Our Maintenance Programme, devised after a full audit - is designed so that the whole building is divided into areas. We recommend heavy traffic areas i.e. walkways, lifts, etc., are cleaned regularly, however a private office may only require an annual clean. A colour coded plan provides clients with a clear picture that effectively ensures all carpted areas are kept clean, and groomed to a high standard.

We consider that the dry cleaning system is the most suitable system to date. A dry cleaning system leaves no moisture or harmful residue and is more cost effective. However each carpet is different, and before a cleaning system is used we will first check the carpet fibre, soiling profile, etc., and recommend the correct cleaning method for your carpet.
